Privacy at Jabez AI
Jabez AI is the website at jabezclarke.com. This page explains what happens when you browse the site, use the AI Tool Fit Finder, send feedback, subscribe, or contact us. You can read the site and use the Tool Finder without creating an account or giving us your email address.
Information this site collects
Like other websites, our WordPress.com hosting receives technical information needed to deliver and protect pages, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the time of a request. Site administrators use login information to manage the site. We do not ask ordinary readers to create a Jabez AI account.
AI Tool Fit Finder
The AI Tool Fit Finder asks about your task, friction, workflow, tools, information sensitivity, review needs, and preferred setup. Its recommendation rules run in your browser. Your questionnaire answers are held on the page while you use it, cleared when you reload, and are not stored with feedback submissions. The current Tool Finder does not send those answers to OpenAI or another AI service.
Feedback and forms
After a Tool Finder result, you may choose to send resource feedback. The Forminator form asks which format you prefer (template, checklist, worksheet, or other) and offers a comment box; a comment is required if you select “Other.” If you submit it, we store your choice and any comment, plus limited context: the recommendation route, resource candidate and state, Tool Finder logic version, and Tool Finder page URL. Forminator also records submission details such as the time and an IP address. Your individual questionnaire answers are not included. The feedback form does not ask for your name or email address, though you should avoid putting sensitive information in the comment. No external app or webhook is connected to Forminator for this form.
Article pages also offer optional feedback. If you send it, we store your feedback choice, an optional comment of up to 300 characters, the article ID and title, page URL, and normal Forminator submission details such as time and IP address. The form does not ask for your name or email address.
Our Contact page offers an email link, not a contact form. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write; that correspondence is handled through email providers, including Gmail for our contact address. Where a WordPress.com subscription form is offered, subscribing sends the email address you provide to WordPress.com so it can manage and deliver post updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses WordPress.com and Jetpack Stats to understand visits, such as page views, referrers, outbound link clicks, and broad location. Automattic processes technical details, including IP address, browser information, visited URL, and time, to produce those statistics; the site owner sees reports, not a list of individual visitors. WordPress.com may use cookies or similar technology for statistics and site operation. WordPress login and security features use cookies when relevant. You can manage cookies in your browser. See WordPress.com’s Stats explanation and Automattic’s cookie information.
Third-party services and content
WordPress.com and Automattic host and operate this site, deliver some images through their image service, provide Jetpack Stats and subscription features, and help protect the site. Forminator handles the optional Tool Finder feedback form on this site. Some article pages offer WordPress.com sharing or liking features. Links to other websites take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices. See Automattic’s notice for visitors to its users’ sites.
Data retention
Our current Forminator setting keeps form submissions for 180 days and anonymizes the IP address in a submission after 30 days. WordPress.com says its underlying Jetpack Stats logs with identifying information are kept for 28 days. We have not confirmed a fixed retention period for ordinary hosting or security logs, email correspondence, or WordPress.com subscriptions; subscription emails can be stopped with the unsubscribe option.
How information is used and shared
We use information to run and protect the site, understand which content is useful, review optional feedback, respond to messages, and send updates to people who subscribe. We do not sell visitor information. The service providers described above process information needed for their functions; we may also disclose information if legally required. The Tool Finder’s current questionnaire does not use a third-party AI model.
Your choices and requests
You can use the Tool Finder without sending feedback, avoid entering private details in free-text fields, manage cookies in your browser, and unsubscribe from email updates. To ask about information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email us through the Contact page. Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant message or submission without sending more sensitive information than necessary.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if a new tool or service materially changes what information the site collects, processes, stores, or shares. The date at the top shows the latest update.
